No deportations to Baghdad
Equal rights for all Iraqi refugees

More than 100 Iraqi refugees have been arrested and detained in the
last two weeks and many of them have been told they will be deported at 5.00am on Wednesday 9th June.

The Iraqi Government is complicit in this process and sent its officials to detention centres to decide
which people should be deported. The Iraqi politicians are accepting these deportations so they can
continue to take the British Government and the oil companies’ money.

This is another disgraceful attack on Iraqi refugees’ freedom of movement and their human rights and
we condemn both the British and Iraqi Governments.
