The people of Mosul need your urgent support don\u2019t let them suffer bombardment and be used as a Human Shield!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>An offensive in the name of \u201cliberating\u00a0Mosul and defeating ISIS” by international imperialist forces headed\u00a0by the USA\u00a0has started\u00a0today morning 17th October. \u00a0More than a million\u00a0innocent\u00a0people, women, elders and children, are now being militarily besieged. On one side, people are faced with bombardment of these forces. On the other side, they have become hostages and human shields by ISIS. They can find no way out, they are experiencing devastation and being murdered.<\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Eradicating ISIS is no doubt, an undeniable wish of civilised humanity and freedom-loving people.\u00a0However the barbarism practised by the\u00a0US-led alliance in\u00a0the name\u00a0of “combating terrorism” is not acceptable as\u00a0their actual aim is to\u00a0re-divide the area and to share\u00a0the\u00a0riches\u00a0amongst the international and local\u00a0forces.<\/span><\/h3>\n

This\u00a0so-called\u00a0attack on ISIS\u00a0is an excuse to create humanitarian tragedies in the region.\u00a0This war is not against\u00a0terrorism;\u00a0rather terrorism and ISIS are\u00a0excuses and political cards to hide the crimes behind this war and mislead the view of the civilised humanity\u00a0from the facts behind\u00a0the war. It is a war between\u00a0the different interests and the\u00a0positions of the super power countries, and at the same time the competition between two terrorist camps, state terrorism and non-state terrorism. Therefore, protesting against the tragic outcomes and protecting the civilians of Mosel is a must.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The outcomes and catastrophe this war will bring will not end terrorism but rather exceed\u00a0the risk of terrorism,\u00a0racism and national and religious prejudices. It will put free and civilised humanity\u00a0under the threat of terrorism.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

We\u00a0believe\u00a0humanity,\u00a0working class and freedom-loving people can be a decisive force to end the spectre of ISIS and forces alike against humanity.\u00a0It is the duty of\u00a0the civilised humanity and freedom-loving camp\u00a0to step ahead and get on the ground against this terrorist competition.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The\u00a0outcomes of which are so catastrophic and put\u00a0the imperialists and give European countries a huge responsibility. The killing of civilians in Mosul for any\u00a0reason\u00a0is a war crime. The European countries continue to\u00a0close their\u00a0borders towards the refugees yet they are still a part of the\u00a0forces destroying the\u00a0people\u2019s homes. This means they are violating all\u00a0humanitarian\u00a0measures, values and\u00a0laws.<\/span><\/h3>\n

This war will\u00a0escalate\u00a0the refugee crises. People are risking their lives\u00a0at sea, facing death\u00a0to flee the hell of war, and still European Governments\u00a0keep their borders closed. That is why, we in the\u00a0International\u00a0Federation of Iraqi\u00a0Refugees ask for an immediate help for the civilians of Mosul.<\/span>
\n A\u00a0way to evacuate the people of\u00a0Mosul\u00a0and maintain their homes\u00a0must be found\u00a0as soon as possible. We also ask the civilised humanity and freedom-loving front\u00a0of the world to break their silence; raise their voices of protest;\u00a0stand against the international community\u00a0and participating\u00a0countries in this war and bear the responsibility for the life of\u00a0the\u00a0civilians in Mosul.<\/span><\/h3>\n

At the same time we call on the UN, the immigration ministries of all countries and humanitarian organisations to do their best to secure good and safe places for the displaced people. It is also very important to prevent any revenge based on racism and ethnocentric hatred.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n
