5 000\u00a0<\/strong>civilians in the town of Al \u2013khazer Trapped between Daesh\u00a0 and<\/strong>\u00a0Shia militias, known as the Popular Mobilisation Units (PMUs) or Hashd al-Shaabi.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The ongoing proxy and direct wars that the imperialist powers\u00a0\u00a0US and\u00a0Russia\u00a0and their regional allies\u00a0are waging on\u00a0Iraq\u00a0and\u00a0Syria\u00a0\u00a0has caused immeasurable carnage, destruction\u00a0and human suffering.\u00a0\u00a0In 2014 ISIS overran large parts of\u00a0Iraq\u00a0including\u00a0Mosul,\u00a0Iraq\u2019s second largest city.\u00a0\u00a0Thousands of Iraqis remain in desperate need of shelter as\u00a0ISIS\u00a0continues their violent assault.\u00a0\u00a0Iraq\u00a0is already struggling to cope with a humanitarian crisis 3.4 million People including 1.5 million children, have been forced from their homes.\u00a0\u00a0Approximately 850,000 have sought refuge in the Kurdish region of\u00a0Iraq, joining 250,000 Syrian refugees.<\/span><\/h3>\n

On 17TH<\/sup>\u00a0of October international forces headed by the\u00a0USA, Peshmerga, Militias of Shea declared war on\u00a0Mosul\u00a0under the banner of \u201cliberating\u00a0Mosul\u00a0and defeating\u00a0ISIS”.\u00a0 More than a million innocent people are now militarily besieged.\u00a0 Civilians are faced with bombardment or becoming hostages and human shields of\u00a0ISIS. \u00a0Since the war started on\u00a0Mosul\u00a0more than 79 thousand people have fled according to the Red Cross in\u00a0Kurdistan.\u00a0Progressive and human loving people worldwide should stand up to state terrorism, Daesh and all Islamic terrorists. They are the only force that can\u00a0put an end to the endless cycle of terror in the\u00a0Middle East.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

According to reports from the Mayor of Al Khazer (a town on the outskirts of\u00a0Mosul) 5,000 civilians are trapped between\u00a0ISISand Hashd al shaabi without access to clean water, food and medicine.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
