Faraidon Khurshid \u00a0Iraqi \u00a0Kurdish Asylum Seekers from Kirkuk arrived in the UK 7 October 2010 (8 years). He is currently held in a Van with 6 Security guard \u00a0at Heathrow Airport ,He has been told that he will be\u00a0 forcibly deported today on a\u00a0 Royal Jordanian air line flight at 17:05 hrs.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Mr Khurshid told IFIR \u201cI have no family in Kirkuk I lost all my family in a car accident\u201d<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0This month alone 9 Iraqi Kurds have been forcibly deported to Baghdad. More than 30 Iraqi\u2019s and Kurdish people have been arrested and are being held in different detention centres across the UK. Many of those held in the UK have been resident in the UK for ten to fifteen years and have UK wives, partners and children. To separate them from their families and friends contravenes the Geneva Convention and Human Rights Act.\u00a0 It is not be acceptable!<\/span><\/h3>\n

These deportations follow a deal made between the Iraqi Government and UKBA.\u00a0 However following IFIR contacting Iraqi MP\u2019s on the 26 April 2017, 104 members of the Iraqi Parliament have signed a resolution to urge the federal government of Iraq to refuse to accept\u00a0forcible deportation flights from Europe. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

IFIR calls on all human and refugee right organizations, trade unions and freedom loving people to stop forcible deportations to Iraq and to not let the UKBA and Iraqi government play with the lives of Iraqi victims.<\/span><\/h3>\n
