 Urgent action required to find Iraqi Kurdish Refugees

 Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing from the International Federation of Iraqi Refugees regarding the disappearance of the man named above in Romania (Mangalia).He left Iraq on the 21 August 2017. His family last spoke to him on the phone 19 September 2017 in Istanbul.  He told his family that he had purchased a ticket for  a boat, since then nothing has been heard from him.

We are an International organisation which has helped and defended Iraqi refugees Rights. His family has contacted us to find news about their son. I am writing to enquire as to whether you have any news or information regarding the whereabouts of Mr Saman. As you can imagine his family in Iraq are extremely worried about him. 

 The Federation would be very grateful if you could investigate if there is any record of Mr Saman landing in Rumania, whether he has been arrested and detained in Rumania or perished at sea.
